Dr. Theresa Jenkins is a coach and doctor who believes that life really is a journey about personal development and personal fulfillment. Our life journey will be full of sorrow & tragedy, but can also be full of happiness and joy when the Lord is at the center of our lives. God made each of individuals with our own talents and abilities. In my life, I was born with a natural curiosity to understand how the mind and body function, and also a desire to be healer. Learning is a lifelong journey for me. I'd like to say that the journey is about others, but some days, I think the journey is more about growing and developing myself so that I can help others. The journey is also always about having God at the center of our lives. My natural curiosity has led me to pursue multiple degrees and certification in the area of medicine and psychology. Academic and personal life experience, coupled with the spiritual journey that I am in the midst of are the sources of my inspiration. As a coach, I've combined all of my experience to work with clients on all types of challenges they may be needing to conquer in their mind and body.
